One of the best fundraisers ever! You get money for packing other peoples bags. It doesn't take much organization and it is very profitable as there is no chance of a loss.

table tops are good like and indoor version of a boot fair! always good as yuou can sell your stuff and rent out tables!

Race Nights are guaranteed money. We raised over ?1200 in one evening and that only had 30-40 people at it. Anyone fancing doing one and wants any info/ help just get in touch with me

ceilidhs seem to work well for raising money, i guess things like BBQs or parties could as well.
there was something about writing a frequent newsletter and then getting people to subscribe to it at extortionate costs on the eurojam site but i dont know if anyone actually made money from something like that.

yeash bag packing is a real good one, we did it for 5 hours i think it was and got 250 quid, then we did a dsponserd walk (22 miles) not sure how much we raised all 2 gether, but i raised 71 quid.

well done! and i would like to point out that samwose is a ranger/g uide not a scout, she may take offence on hearing that she was indirectly called a scout

ah well, it doesnt matter that much, most people on here think scouts are better than g uides!
