i know my group that out brough out on them disliked it because we had the most boring instructor. he would not allow the boat get splashed as his only change of clothes was his wet suit which i mentioned to him would have bin a clever thing to be wearing wen doing water activities. basically i ended up soaking the whole boat bar the instructor( even though it was tempting) by the end of the morning. but the only reason i did that is coz im an instructor myself and i could see he had lost the interest of sum of the group

yeah..I had a really boring instructor too, he was kinda..old..and he didn't let us play anything really either, and whenever we got into hardcore splash fights he got p.oed. allthough, we had a goopd one just amoungst the people in our own boat. The only thing I didn't like about our boat...there was only me, a girl from birmingham, and the instructor that spoke fluent english...making for a rather..craptastic boatride. Although IO discovered I'm a very strong paddler...which was nice. Must be all that canoing I do back here. Razz so...In total, it was about a 50/50 experience.
